The Best Commercial Photography - GUARANTEED - Best quality - Best service - Best value - Best image

The images I have produced over 3 decades speak volumes about my clients' quality and are focused to target their prospective customers, enabling them to sell higher volumes of their products and services into a wider range of markets.

This is what my clients have to say - CLIENT FEEDBACK

The Guarantee

I appreciate that some first time clients, who may be considering a cheaper quotation from another photographer, will need proof of this differentiation so I am happy to put my money where my mouth is and the terms of the guarantee can be attached to your quotation upon request. I have started with 3 questions for you to consider before explaining the quality system which ensures that my clients receive the best results - every time.

Three questions to ask yourself before you commission a photographer:

1.) Would you rather spend £300 on photography to keep your website up to date with your product range or spend £1,000 on insightful commercial photography to see a significant growth in sales?
- The cheapest is rarely the best value.
2.) When showing your customers images of your products would you rather benefit from the proven results of an experienced specialist commercial photographer who knows how to maximise your sales or would you prefer to take a chance on someone without this specific expertise?
- A talented wedding photographer is not a commercial photographer; similarly I am not the man to call if you are getting married.
3.) A picture speaks a thousand words so would you like the photography you commission to display quality, insight and professionalism in a manner that speaks to your customers?
- My ABC of clients includes Asda, the BBC & Coca Cola who insist on nothing less.

The process I use to guarantee quality and value - this is what you are paying for:

1.) Discussion begins with the client to investigate the brief
- tell me about the product
- tell me about the target audience
- tell me about the company
- tell me about where the images will be used
- what thoughts have you for the location, images etc
(Alternatively the client may have a detailed brief already developed)
2.) Brief is amended if necessary, I use past experience to test the boundaries of the brief ultimately ensuring that the client's expectations are always exceeded.
3.) Brief is agreed with the client.
4.) Job and commercial terms are agreed.
5.) If appropriate test product is sent to me.
6.) I visualise the shot, explore and optimise all variables of light, angle, background, props etc and (where appropriate) take a test shot and return this to the client.
7.) The following practical issues that support the brief are then considered:
- Personnel required (perhaps a lighting assistant, model, security on location)
- Permission to access the shoot location may be required
- Model release forms and parental consents if required
- Optimising the products and set or location
- Flexibility of the shoot and potential opportunities to enhance the brief
8.) Shoot takes place - client may be present - catering / accommodation are arranged if needed
9.) Images are downloaded, stored and secure back-up made
10.) Any agreed post production takes place - in-house or through a bureau as appropriate
11.) Link to online preview gallery is sent to the client for sign-off
12.) Any further post production for image delivery takes place
13.) Final images (in appropriate format) and invoice are sent to client
14.) Images are stored for perpetuity (unless client wishes otherwise) in the client's private folder and can be accessed to compare with future campaigns etc.
15.) Client is granted licence to use images upon payment of the invoice
